Holds a degree in Dental Medicine from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2007) and completed the Integrated Master’s Degree in Dental Medicine at the same institution in 2010. Subsequently, completed a postgraduate program in Post-Traumatic Bodily Damage Assessment at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra (2011), followed by a Master’s degree in Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences at the same institution (2013). In 2023, also completed a postgraduate program in Advanced Biomimetic Oral Rehabilitation at CESPU.

Obtained a PhD in Dental Medicine from the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Porto in 2021.

Served as Invited Assistant Professor in the Integrated Master’s Degree in Dental Medicine at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa between 2007 and 2021, and has been an Assistant Professor at the same institution since 2021. Regularly participates as a member of academic examination committees.

Has been engaged in clinical dental practice since 2007 (Portuguese Dental Association – OMD No. 5879) and is a member of several scientific societies, including SPEMD, APMDF, APCF, and IALM.
