Applicants with Portuguese Secondary Education (12th Grade Completed in Portugal)
Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Complete Portuguese 12th grade, or hold a legally recognized equivalent qualification;
- Fulfill Pre-requisite Group A, as established by CNAES for the academic year 2025/2026;
- Not be eligible for the category of international student, as defined by:
o Decree-Law No. 36/2014 of March 10,
o Amended by Decree-Law No. 113/2014 of July 16 and Decree-Law No. 62/2018 of August 6;
- Achieved a minimum application score of 130 (on a scale of 0–200);
- Complete one of the following sets of national entrance exams:
(02) Biology and Geology and (07) Physics and Chemistry or
(02) Biology and Geology and (19) Mathematics A
Minimum score for each entrance exam: 95 (on a scale of 0–200)
Note: Final national exams are valid as entrance exams in the year they are taken and for the four subsequent years, in accordance with Legal Opinion 4/2022 (Diário da República, 2nd Series, July 12, 2022).
Application Score Calculation
· 50% – Final grade of Portuguese secondary education
· 50% – Entrance exam scores (25% per subject)
