This discipline has the following main objectives: Know the prehistory, the genesis of Bioethics to be able to not allow yourself to be influenced by reductionist ideologies of any kind, with a view to a mature scientific stance, for the exercise of suitable purposes; Be able to argue from the foundations of Bioethics, with a view to discovering creative ways of healing or caring; From the dialogue between culture and faith, learn about the main conceptual principles essential to a Christian reading of the world; Understand the potential and limits of interreligious and intercultural dialogue in the world.
