FMD-Católica trains talents by offering a transformative learning scenario that takes place in close experience and participation in fundamental, applied and translational research. Challenging participation in research for and with society, finding solutions that contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), are also opportunities offered by FMD-Católica. In order to fulfil the objectives outlined, the FMD-Católica relies on the Platforms of the Interdisciplinary Health Research Centre (CIIS), assessed as Very Good by FCT.

The practice of Precision Medicine and the availability of digital environments are also strategic objectives that guide the training that we practice at the FMD-Católica.

FMD-Católica has national and international, academic and non-academic partners such as companies, social and cultural institutions and municipalities that actively participate in the different training courses offered, whether at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
